10rs = 62grams 20rs = 124grams and we buy 25rs jim jam biscuits. And we get
just 100grams. You can clearly see the
gap.
Some of you may think this is not fair. All trades should
be conducted in fair manner.
Before you made any decision guys wait . this is not

But these are the marketing strategies used by companies.
All companies use this type of marketing technique in different manner.

but a business strategy by the companies. This strategy is accepted by the government.

marketing strategy for business purpose.
And a biscuit packet at the price point of 10rs is required to compete in the market.
BRITANNIA may not find this viable from the profitability point of views. To compensate,
they have another price point at 25rs.
OTHER
POINT OF VIEW : It is very cleared that this is not fraud or
scam. Small packing with lower price are generally targeted for people with low
income.
In fact this
marketing technique also apply in shampoo sachet. And there is reason behind
that, sachet is actually more cost effective. And one most important point
that sachet just requires cheap plastic
and you don’t need to worry about attractive and funky look bottles.
SOMEHOW THIS
TOPIC TOUCHED THE CONCEPT OF PURCHASE POWER. AND IT IS BELIVED THAT SOME PEOPLE
HAVE LESS MONEY TO SPEND AND THEY WILL ONLY BUY A CHEAPER PRODUCTS.

telling what kind of business strategy they use. In fact we should learn from Britannia
